I have been told for my body type not to drink wine.  I love a drink of wine in a social setting.  I was told GIN was a better option and I don’t mind gin and tonic.  In fact, it reminds me of our Gold Coast holidays – having a drink and relaxing.  Take a bottle of duty-free gin, and together we would drink it over the week.  It sounds a lot, but it isn’t between two.

So why would I be recommended to drink GIN?

There are benefits of drinking Gin in a controlled manner.  Let’s face it gin is alcohol, and it has an impact on your body.  So moderation is the key.
