My 13-year-old daughter asked in the recent holidays to go to the movies.  She requested to see “Hidden Figures”.  What a fantastic movie.  I recommend you see it.  Recently at a training day, I was asked – had I been to a good movie, and I said yes an excellent movie.  I briefly shared what was special about it, and the presenter thanked me and said he was looking forward to watching that movie.

He demonstrated with that exercise that most of us find it easy to share great experiences we have – the movie; the restaurant with the best service; the list goes on….. wonderful experiences and you tell people about them.

So the question is why can’t we have the same comfort level when we share “we have products that have you sleeping better, give you more energy and a great feeling of overall wellbeing, would you try them?”

The answer is you have to have a big enough WHY.  When you have your WHY – you can sleep better, with more energy and feel great.

These women had big “Whys”.   They would have big challenges and days when they didn’t want to do what they had to do.  Consistent effort every day will get you where you want.
